Beautiful Community, But not Perfect

I've lived on an end unit of the rental townhomes for nearly a year now(moved in June '06) and have enjoyed my stay. I've found the leasing office to be helpful and friendly, parking to be plentiful in my area and the grounds to be well-kept and landscaped. Sometimes maintenance is a little slow or understaffed and being in an urban area there is the occasional incident(one mugging that I'm aware of) but no cars broken into or damaged. I generally feel quite safe and comfortable on the property. The gate isn't extremely fast to open or close, but it does add an ambiance and make it harder for any big thefts to occur.
