My wife and I have been residents here for many years and have loved the complex, the apartments, etc. I believe about 6 months ago, new management took over, and they are completely incompetent. Prior to this, the old management team did a great job with the community. They made it a "warm" place to live, always did things (e.g. monthly newsletter, barbecues, etc.) to make it a nice community. They were also very organized and on the ball with just about everything. I was very confident in their abilities to take care of me as a resident.

However, new management is AWFUL. They do nothing to try to make the community a NEIGHBORHOOD, instead of just apartment buildings. They dont put the "little touches" or make the little efforts. They are also completely disorganized and incompetent when it comes to doing simple things. I have had to go up to the office several times to straighten things out which turned out to be THEIR mistake. Renewing my lease was a nightmare, they are very "off the ball" with organizing the maintenance crew to do routine work, they have lost things before, etc. I hesitate to tell all the stories on here because I dont want to make my identity known, but trust me when I say they are not pleasant to deal with. It's a shame, too, because the complex overall is nice.

Been living here for over 2 years and agree 100% with what this person said. New managment is terrible and they are soooooo rude !! They make you feel like they could care less about you.

I've been here a few years as well and the staff prior to these new people were the best staff I have ever dealt with in the housing business. The office and maintenance staff was great and they always went that extra mile for you no matter what, especially the maintenance since he worked at night and early in the morning too I used to talk to him almost every morning when I went out for my walk. Have you seen our pool lately? what a joke.the prior maintnenace man kept it pretty nice always, and even saved it from being shut down permanently because of that crack in the liner of the pool. I remember he drained it fixed it temporarily and was able to get it open and inspected for the rest of the summer.
