We moved here when the old management was still here and the new ones took over in 2008. They are horrible they only care about getting people in once your in your on your own. They don't take care of problems they will ignore you. One of the residents roof leaked during a storm last week ( July 2008 )she called their emergency line and no one would respond so her and a neighbor called the fire department which in return came to the property and called and they still would not answer. So the next morning when this poor woman got up to a flooded apartment and roof that collapsed they gave her a fan to help dry things up. Would not move here to a new apartment so she is dealing with mold and they will not even compensate her. The guys around the property who are supposed to help fix the place up ride around on golf carts smoking all day and are rude and DO NOT DO THEIR JOB. They even break rules and when residents catch them they play it off like it doesn't matter. The fourth of July weekend this year one of them had a huge party got to drunk and left his friends with dogs swimming in the pool, crapping where we all walk, broken glass everywhere, and they never did a thing about it. Ohh wait one more when they remodel the new apartments your celing could leak paint yeah paint and the workers will throw the left over paint down the storm drains.

that building looked like it got hit by a tornado for all the insulation and wet drywall that came down all in the breezeway and stuff, or maybe she throw it out of her apartment! Crazy, yeah I think the maintenance here SUCKS. The old maintenance guy (the dude with the goatee, real nice guy) was pretty darn good and would fix your problem right away. I had a water leak in my apartment once late at night from my A/C and he came right out and fixed it, even had a big shop vac to suck most of the water out of my carpet until the carpet people could get there in the morning and do a better job on it. My neighbor downstairs got some of the water too and he even went down there and cleaned it up and stuff. I never had a spot of mold or mildew because he treated it right away. You would be lucky now to even have the current maintenance guys respond to an emergency call unless it was life or death. even then I'm not so sure. Bye! Renter in the 2801 building.
