We have lived here for a little over 2 years. It used to be a great place to live and the folks up in the office were great and they made it feel very homely. A few months back a new company came in and they are absolutely terrible. They are so rude and hateful, and they could care less about you. Every time we go up there with any type of question or to drop the rent off they make me regret ever going up there. I now just drop my rent through the drop slot and phone in any maintenance requests. I went up there once to drop of my rent and the two ladies ignored while they were chatting with each other. They made me stand there for 5 minutes before they would turn and look at me. (They knew I was standing there, plus the door rings when you go in.) Another time I went up there and one of the lady made me stand there and would not help me until she finished eating her lunch. And they love to hide and stand in that back room in the office. And the other residence know what Im talking about, anytime you go to the office they are hanging out in that back room and will completely ignore you.

So here is my advise to future residence. I am sure the people in the office will be nice to you while they are giving you the tours and try to get you to sign a lease. Once you sign on the dotting line, be prepared to be treated like a complete piece of crap. The topic of the new property mangers are common chatter among all the current residence. If you are a future resident all you have to do is ask some people you see outside walking their dogs. They will confirm everything I wrote here.

I agree with you 120% ! When the last management company was here ( not sure if I can post their name or not but it started with a "C" )they were great. The maintenance was great, the office staff was great, even the groundskeeper was awesome. Now this place has totally gone down hill. I remember some other residents who used to complain about everything even back when "C" used to run it and no matter how evil the people were, the staff always was gracious and well mannered. I wonder how they feel NOW with a company running the place that obviously dont give a hoot about anything. I moved in about 3 months before the new company took over and I cant wait until September so I can move right back out!

I totally agree with the comments and response. Try getting in touch with corporate and maybe also suggest releasing a survey so the tenants can rate the new management staff.
