I moved into these apartments back in the summmer of 06. Absolutely loved it when the old property owners were in charge.
July 2008, when the roofing was being re-done, there was a huge leak in my apartment. Water was coming out of the light switches! Maintenance came out after I went to the office the first time and they were going to paint over the stains. NO WAY, I said. I have since been to the office 4 additional times and nothing has been done to resolve the problem
The office staff is always nice to me but I think they just forget about the problem after I leave. I'm going up there one last time today and then I'm getting help from an outside source!
