Well this is the first time I have been to this site and I was a little shocked to see all the negative comments.

I have lived here for 3 years now and yes there has been some changes but I think most of the other people that have written the other reviews are looking to be spoiled all of the time, which the last company did. Yes, it is always nice to get what you want sometimes but they have a business to run too. I know of quite a few of the other tenants from being out and about and at the pool, but I choose not to socialize too much because ultimately this is a nice/safe place for me to relax and lay my head down at night and it's one of the bigger apartments I found in the area when I was looking to move. I don't think it's the staffs responsibility to make my life perfect. The transition in management was a little difficult since it was sprung on us so quickly but for the most part the office staff has been very friendly and helpful to me. Unfortunately the most helpful girl that was here all time isn't here anymore and I have heard chatter from others that it has gotten worse since she left a couple months ago but I really don't try to be buddy-buddy with the office girls and everytime I have needed something or dropped off my rent I've been greeted with a smile.

Maintenance is okay, not the best, but not the worst I have experienced either. I think given the age and condition of the complex they do the best they can, and I knew that moving in that it is an older structure, and with that comes more issues. I think it is nice that the "new" management wants to make this place better and give it the face lift that is much needed.

I would reccommend this community to anyone who wants a peaceful environment to come home to that is, if you will, "off the beaten" path but close to shopping, dining, the post office, and I-85 & I-77. There is a beautiful lake that is very soothing and the greenway that is nice for walks when the weather is nice.

Of course, this is only the opinion of one but I think Radbourne Lake is very deserving of a good review and I would reccommend it to my best friend. It looks as though the only people that comment on here are the ones that are upset, so I think any future tenants have to take it for what it's worth and check out the place for themselves.

So far my family has lived here for 5 months, so far so good..... the office ladies are very helpful and nice!!! maintenance well who's perfect? lol but it's a pheomon place to call home!
