So, we've lived here for two years. The guy about the roofing nails. 100% CORRECT! Got a flat tire from one. The only reason I realized it was them, was because the tire had the little red plastic ring in the tire.

The pool was closed for 1 summer and a half. Couldn't use it. They gave us a 2 week pass to Peak Fitness. The GYM had broke equipment in it. Now the GYM is being RENOVATED, so it's out of commission until end of December.

This is the only place I've ever seen in the year 2008 with NO Ceiling fans. And let me tell you, it gets HOT upstairs. No way to circulate the air. No over head lighting. And the other guy that stated they paint the ceilings when you have a leak is true! They painted ours.

In Georgia, the exterminator came in and sprayed. Here, the guy sprays the door, (2 little squirts), and moves on.

Next my HICK NEIGHBORS! We pay too much for our apartment to have neighbors and their two HUGE dogs, crapping in the front yard, while they throw their cigarette butts on the side walk and stairs. Not to mention, we recently got fleas. And we don't have pets. We had to wait 5 days, because the exterminator only comes on Monday's. He came at 1PM, and told us that we had to be out of the house for 4 hours at least. If that was the case, I am thinking they would have been there around 10. But no, he comes at the end of the day.

Yes, they are raising our rent, and offer NO family activities like the other management did.

I really wish the apartments had ceiling fans as well. I called a handyman a few years back to come and install one, and he said he wasn't able to because of the way the beam was structured in the ceiling. Yep, the exterminator is completely useless, and reminds me of 'the waterboy' from that movie. Well, I too have neighbors that are less-than-desirable (you should see the sorts that management has begun allowing in), however if you've got neighbors not picking up after your dogs or leaving cigarette butts, that's not anything management can control, honestly. Trust me, I would never stick up for them (management), I think they are horrible, but I gotta say that even if you live in the Ritz, you can still get inconsiderate moronic neighbors. We've got ghetto-ites here who like to play louuuuud base in their apartment, and take up two parking spaces with their vehicles... Oh and we have a few that like to park in the handicapped space whenever it's convenient for them. Do all of these things annoy the crap out of me? Oh definitely. Can anything be done about it? Not really. Can't wait to get out of here.
