A terrible place to live!

I have lived here over 4 months now, to start with this is my 3rd washing machine and 4th drier,I was promised a NEW washer and drier before our move in date. The washer and dryer given to us for $40 a month was no where near new and hardly worked.Come to find out they rent the washer and driers from the Appliance Wearhouse for $14.95 a month.
So they are making commission off of a nasty set of appliances!
After move in it came to my attention there are roaches living in the bathroom here. They are doing renovating starting at 7am every morning waking me up every morning. The gate to the front is constantly broken.Since I have lived here we have received several letters notifying us of several assults in this complex.
The management refuses to give any information to the resident in regards to these assults!Don't even bother complaining to the management because nothing is ever resolved.The list goes on,bottom line, don't sign a lease with Radbourne at the Lake.
Thank God I only signed a 10 month lease!
