I just read some of the reviews for this apartment complex. Some I can understand and some I can't. I have lived here for about 4 years and was here for the old management company and am still here for the new. I can understand some people's frustration... but what company has no problems when changing over from something else. This new company has been trying to remodel all the apartments as well as their office to make it nicer for all of us. The crazy lady that posted something before me about the washer and dryer... WOW... take a pill!!! The management is having to rent them from Appliance Warehouse (which sucks), I am renting them myself and just found out that the property is buying brand-new ones themselves so they won't have the same problem anymore. The apartments themselves are awesome, I just transfered into a renovated one. I also love that it is sooooooo quiet, the maintenance staff kicks ass, and there aren't a ton of college kids out here partying. Personally, I find the girls in the office to be very professional, easy to talk to, and ready and willing to help me... EVERY TIME I WALK IN THE DOOR!!! I really think that most of the people out here love it, I know all my neighbors do. The only thing that sucks sometimes is when they are remodeling an apartment right next to you. The roofs have all been replaced, the apartments were gutted and redone, I love it and would hate to think about moving away from here... though I know one day it will have to happen! THIS IS THE PLACE TO RENT!

All I have to say is wait till your apartment is flooded. And I don't believe that you mentioned you rent. Please advise the public what you are paying for rent when you got here till now. Thanks.

Let's see how much you love it when you have a maintenance request that new management never gets around to. Or when someone breaks into your apt, or assaults you in the parking lot. Hmm.

If you must know, though I don't see as how it is any of your business... My rent went up $50 when I moved into one of the new ones. I am now paying $749.00.
I have had a few maint. requestes since the last time I wrote and they were at my door within a few hours the first go round and then the 2nd time it took a little longer, but they were there by the next day before I got home from work.
Before I started writing this back, I called the police department and then went by to have a report run about the crime here in the apartments. I also had them run a few more for the other apartments in the area. (By the way... this is a FREE SERVICE that any JOE BLOW off the street can obtain.) Radbourne has less crime than any of the other ones around here. You can go to ------- TARGET and get robbed, anything can happen anywhere at anytime. GROW THE ---- UP!!!!! EVEN THE BEST NEIGHBORHOODS IN CHARLOTTE HAVE BREAK INS. Since I have lived here which must be longer than both of you, I can count on one hand the number of times cops have been out here for CRIME. The cops are out here way more for all the old people that live here.
What I really think is that you both are the kind of people that must complain and ----- about something. Nothing makes you happy. So, I will leave you both with this.... IF YOU DON"T LIKE WHERE YOU LIVE, NO ONE IS HOLDING YOU DOWN.... GET THE ---- OUT!!!
