i have lived here for almost 3 years, the last administration was great, but the new one TERRIBLE, they dont lisent to you, ignore you when you are in the office, it takes years to get something done-repaired, the mantenace man is not nice or the staff at the office. all my friends and almost all the pepople in my building moved out short time after the new people arrived.

it is supposed to be gated but the management dont want to pay for more gates repairs so they leave them open!!! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I've lived at Radbourne lake for about two years now, it isn't all that bad other than a few people like this one listing the place as terrible (probably one of those crazy old women) :)... I remember when the gate was open and the office staff told me that they were waiting for a company to repair the gate before it could be closed... I don't think it costs that much money to open and close a gate.. lol Every request i've put in has been repaired that day or the next, this person is crazy...!!
