I just moved into a 2 bedroom apartment at Radbourne Lake in November. I absolutely love this community. Not to mention I got a great deal for a brand new apartment. I looked at a lot of the other communities along Harris Blvd (Harris Pond, Bexley Greenway, Addison Park, just to name a few). Radbourne Lake was definitely the nicest. It is a beautiful community and it is SO quiet. Most people who write negative reviews seem to complain about the staff. That has not been my experience so far. All of the ladies in the office were really nice to me from the beginning. I haven't had any problems with my apartment so I really can't say much about maintenance. They are in the process of completely redoing the clubhouse so that we have a new gym and business center. It has been a little inconvenient but I knew that before I moved in and they definitely needed to be updated. They also provided free washer and dryers while they are renovating the laundry room. That was a really nice touch. All in all, I can't say anything negative about the community. I truly love my apartment.
