My job transferred me here two winters ago from Chicago. Charlotte was a Big change for me and I have grown to love the city and what it has to offer. When I started my search for a new home I knew that I wanted to be close to my new job, close to Freeway's and Interstates, a gated community, and to be near shopping areas. Radbourne was in the perfect location and on top of it all the property is Beautiful!

I read some reviews that I do not agree with. However, on my end I have no complaints. The office staff are very professional, friendly and have been very helpful to me. Maintenance has repaired a few thing in my apartment and all was handled within a few hours of me calling in the work request.

This month I will transfer into another unit that has been remodeled. I am very excited about my NEW apartment but not too excited about moving in the cold. At least it's not Chicago weather.
