One of my neighbors told me about this site and like most people I had to see what others had written. I was shocked at some of the reviews and I would like to say what I know and have experienced. I actually had looked at this community three years ago when my wife and I moved here from Atlanta. We really liked the area and the resort feel of the property but we HATED the apartments. They were out of date and was not what we wanted at all. We moved into another community about a mile away. What a MISTAKE but I will not go into all of that. Then we saw a flyer that stated Radbourne was under construction. We came by to take a look and very surprised to see what the new apartments looked like and what other changes had been made. Our lease was up and we did not hesitate to move to Radbourne.

We have been here for a short time and have enjoyed it. I personally can not believe what a BIG change the whole community has gone through and is going through now. The pool looks Great and we can not wait to spend most of our summer time grilling and hanging out with our friends there. At this time the Clubhouse is under construction and soon to open. It has taken longer then the office staff thought it would but I am sure it will be worth the wait. After living in two other apartment communities in this area. We have finally found the right place for us.

We have had no issues at all with out apartment and it is located by the lake....What a View!!! As far as the office staff, we find them to be very nice and they have always been helpful to me and my wife.

Where we lived before had the "look" we wanted but DID NOT have anything else. The residents that have written bad reviews have no idea how much better this place is compared to others in this area. Believe me WE ARE FORTUNATE!
