I have lived in six or so apartment complexes over the years and have never had a single problem or complaint but it has been a different story living at Radbourne. There are some plusses but there are some pretty big minuses. As for the good: the property is quiet, there is little crime, and it is a short walk to Midtown Sundries and Fiesta Maya. However just about two weeks ago they shut the water off to our building without giving us any notice about the scheduled work, which is a big problem when you need to get ready for work, and when we called the office they said that it wasn't there problem that we didn't get a notice, even though I was home the day before and they never gave any notices out to our building. They gave our apartment key to the carpet cleaners when we said that NO ONE was allowed to enter our apartment without my wife or I there because we have a dog and we dont know how it will react with a stranger in our apartment. I have made several calls to maintenance about problems and either the woman who takes down the request screws up what needs to be fixed or they never get the request through. We have a security gate that never is closed. If there is any construction on the property it always takes at least double the time to complete. I know that if I failed to do my job like they do here i would be without a job. Alot of incompetance and poor customer service.

its called common courtesy and you cant find it at radbourne cause of the douche bag known as Valarie
