I have lived in Charlotte all of my adult life. I found the best place for me eight years ago when I moved here. There is nothing for me to complain about with any of the office staff, property manager or maintenance crew. They all have done a great job and I am very pleased. The property is very beautiful and well maintained. I enjoy mainly the greenway trail. I run at least 3 times a week on the greenway and find it to be a very peaceful place to go after a stressful day at work.
I have never been treated with any type of respect from my old communities. Trying to get something fixed was a joke. There is no comparison to those places and where I live now.
In the last 8 years I have made several friends here and have had friends to actually move here. I transferred into a new unit almost a year ago. I love my new apartment and my lake view. One of my friends is transferring this weekend. She did not get a lake view but she did get a pretty wooded view. I will say if I had one complaint it would be that I had to move but on the other hand .......it was sooooo WORTH IT!

It is fairly obvious that this post and the last two positive posts were all from the same person. If you lived there for the last 10 years, the last 8 years and etc, then you would have had all these positive things to say about the last management team in there, who truly WERE terrific. This post and the other two smell like management trying to sneak in a good review amongst all the bad ones. Guilty as charged!
