There was a double homicide here today. I wouldn't suggest any apartments in the 28208 zip code to be frank. i broke my lease one month early b/c of this. it happen right in front my home the police are always in the area for something kids are out late and moisy the staff is ok. the pool regulations are ridiculous.

I currently live at arbor glen. Haven't been here a month and the staff has given me grief over an AIR MATTRESS. I had to give up my couch because the last crappy -------- apt. I had was infested with mold! I'm not from charlotte but I've got hell of a story to tell when it comes to stanford reserve! This arbor glen apt. complex is a 'fancy ghetto', for those who have never lived in a ghetto or a fancy one at that I'll tell you what I'm talking about. Imagine the outside of the apts. are nice and inviting-the inside maybe nice to. Now imagine throwing away 100.00 in food because your food gets spoiled because the frig doesn't work right. Now imagine all the flies-don't know where they come from-flying around in your house. Imagine that you have a guest come over and they harass you about this person visiting and your neighbors are being nitches and making up ---- about you and you work all the time-and hardly ever come out of your house. Also think about them, the staff, barging into your home while you're at a doctors appt.-your sister is waiting on the cable ppl-so you can get cable and then they claim she stays there because they see your air mattress on the floor in front of the tv and you have NO COUCH. I ordered a couch just this past friday. I was waiting on the front porch with my former roomie when a cop that the staff called to your residence said they you had to vacate the porch becuase you and your friend don't stay at that address. You explain the situation, without getting angry or yelling, and the cop threatens to have you arrested! I wouldn't want anyone who's not ghetto, or ghetto fabulous to stay in this hood.
