Lived here for two years - the neighborhood is going down hill

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
I moved to Charlotte from Winston-Salem and did not know the area and so I moved to a complex near my new job. BEWARE: during my two years here there were 4 water main breaks. For the money it is not a bad place to live but I left because the class of resident went down during my stay. My advise is to get a short term lease and start looking for where you really want to live as soon as you move in.
