I am certain this isn't the worst apartment complex in the SW area, but it has become the worst I've lived in (anywhere). Since it's the only place I've lived since moving to Charlotte, I have nothing to compare it too except word of mouth.
Fortunately, the grounds are pretty well kept, and that is a plus but the fact that it's so close to two major interstates makes it vulnerable to undesirables. I honestly believe if there was more emphasis placed on security, it wouldn't be a bad place to call home. It was a very nice place when I first got here, but have seen it decline progressively in five years!
