I have been renting at Arrowood Crossing for over five years and was shocked that someone had the nerve to write a such comment about Karen. She is a wonderful person and deserves praise for her hard work as a assistant manager and takes good care of her residents and always has a smile on her face graciously awaiting to see what she can do to help you. A fantastic ass't. manager that has a geniune heart for her residents. Great place to call HOME!!!!

I lived at Arrowood Crossing for 7 years and moved out on September of 2007. The only problem I ever had was the erratic behavior of Karen the assistant manager. At first I chalked it up to medication and age. But I attended a pool party in 2006 and knew differantly !! At the time it was best for me not to cause any waves as I had children who heard her snide remarks. It amazes me to this day that a company would continue to emplyee such a vile individual
