I have been living here at this apartment community for over 3 years now and I can only say a few good things about the property. The new maint. supervisor is very good and seems to work hard. The assistant manager karen has not been on the property for a week now so i assume she has been fired or has quit. This being a person who severely offended residents with her racial slurs and excessive drinking that has not been fired in moe than five years. The owning company of the property is obviously either blind or just plain stupid. The Leasing Person, Eric is a breath of fresh air. Very nice and well mannered but very stern with the people who are not doing the right thing. The manager is never there and never helps anyone when they walk in the door. This place only has one good person and everyone else is pretty much useless. Dont move here no matter how cheap it is.
