Before I moved to Summit Green I thought I had all of the basis covered as far as, not having someone above or along side of me. Never did it dawn that someone's bedroom would be directly behind mine! If you have rude tenants who happen to share a wall with you beware. You are at the mercy of the tenant because the walls are very thin. Apparently Summit Green did not put insulation in between the two bedroom walls, thus allowing you to hear any and everything imaginable. You can hear everything from people talking, to bass in stereo systems. When I asked management if they could speak to the tenants about their loud noise after hours they just said that they have no control over people's lifestyles. Management then went on to suggest that I call the Charlotte police if the noise persists after the 11:00 city curfew time. This response not only surprised me but leads me to believe that management only cares about keeping their units full, not about the interests of their current residents. I also wanted to briefly address their parking. There is a very bad parking problem at most of the Summit Green buildings. So as the prior 2 comments written before me.... BEWARE!!!
