I've been here for almost a year (moved in June 2004). I loved living here. The place is quiet. Neighbors are nice & speak when you walk by. Some even look out for you when necessary. The rent is high for the area but I would rather pay high rent for peace and quiet the $500 for loud music and break-ins. The management company are nice and I've never had a problem with them. The walls are thin though because I had a couple of complaints about me and I can also hear people talking late at night. Sometimes I can't find parking in front of my complex but as long as I can see my car from the window I'm fine. My roommate wants to move into a cheaper place but I'm debating if I want to move at all. Most complexes offer cheap rent but the space if smaller and less amenities. The laundry room sometimes can be a hassle on certain night and during rush hour (5pm-8pm). There's only 6 washers & 6 dryers for the whole complex. That's not enough. Other than those things above this complex is a keeper while trying to figure out if I want to stay in charlotte or not.
