I lived at Summit Green for a yr and a half while finishing up at UNCC. The staff were very rude, the maintenance men were extremely rude and condasending to women, and nothing ever got fixed! On top of the crappy service I had sewage from a toilet above me leak into my bathroom through the exhaust fan and they made me clean it up! The NC Department of Justice states that they have to clean up unsanitary conditions. And after that, the mainenance man had the nerve to say "Honey that's just how apartment living is". I BEG TO DIFFER! Maintenance were beyond horrible and nothing ever got fixed! It got more and more ghetto the longer I lived there, and I felt threatened to even be outside in the parking lot unloading my car in broad daylight. I have recently moved the Ballantyne area where I have been treated with the upmost respect and they know how to value an honest customer! Apartment living doesn't have to be like that, but that goes to show you why the clientel there are so crappy. Crappy service = crappy clientel.
