Great Location, Crappy Staff, Major Parking Issues

There has been parking problems there since day one. Management recognizes the problem, but I havent seen anything done about the issue. After work each day I seem to park farther and farther away from my apartment. I drove by several times before I signed the lease and I was assured if I parked next to sidewalk (not in the fire lane) I would have no issues. I woke up one morning; my car had been towed with a $100 fee to get it out. Staff was no help with the situation. The office manager was in the office, and seemed to be the only person there, but cared less about having a solution than just passing it off to someone else to deal with.
The staff here has issues of their own. I am truly disappointed in the experience I have had there in first 3 months I have been there. I wish I would have been smarter than wasting my money on a piece of crap lease with a business that doesnt care about their clientele
STAY AWAY.
