Robbed by thugs and pet fees From: fortherecord4@gmail.com Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Held up at gun point 2 months ago. Charged $250 at move in time for pet "fee". And then an additional "unavoidable" $150 pet treatment fee when we moved out. Told that the initial fee was to "allow" us to have pets, and the second charge was to clean no matter the condition of the apartment. MESSED UP! Charged twice for the same damn thing. Place was immaculate, professionally cleaned, when we moved out. Still carged $180.
