Leaving ASAP From: Number1Resident Date posted: 5/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   I am getting ready to move as far away from this hole as I can. We had a huge leak from the apartment upstairs and nobody ever came to fix anything. The place semlled horrible until we decided to transfer our lease which cost us $300 dollars and now my ice maker is broken and they haven't fixed it for over 6 months. Edie the manager is always rude and I cannot wait to get out!
