The apartment sucks, Staff is rude, and Parking blows From: ncgirl@gmail.com Date posted: 6/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   Lived here for almost over a year, my van got towed many times because I parked on the curb (not in a fire lane). I had NO WHERE ELSE TO PARK. there was no where... I come home from a long day at work around 7-8 .. wake up around 9:30.. and its gone...Staff says that I signed it in my lease that I couldnt do that.. WTF, am I supposed to park at bloom and WALK home' On top of that the staff here SUCKS. They are always rude, and they dont give a crap about anyone except new tenats that are wanting to sign a lease. My aparment is an utter waste of money. I have had leaks all year.. the guy comes an looks at it.. and shrugs it off.. my disposal stopped many times.. I counted how many tickets I have put in for maintence... over 10 in the past year. Please dont live here... please.... On top of that some guy who lived around the corner got robbed by two black guys around 10:30. and two cars where broken into the next night after. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
