Lived here for only 11 months. Property is showing its age. Not the staffs fault. They do what they can to keep everyone happy. Think they should raise the qualifications to live here. It is really turning ghetto. I like to apartment layout, cozy. The staff is ok. Can't blame them if they have ever had an attitude...everyone these days expect so much. They are just fair. I have to pay through my notice at a month to month rate because I didn't give my notice on time. I was upset but I did read that in my lease and the ladies in the office sent me a letter reminding me but I just put it to the side and forgot. Oh well, there are worse things that could happen. An apartment is temporary. I believe I would refer someone to Ashferd Green, it's just like any other apartment complex in the area.
