A Fair Review From: ecpunx Date posted: 9/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The apartment complex is nice. The grounds are very well kept. The layout is spacious and comfortable. Maintence is quick and friendly. The office staff is so-so. They have been friendly at times and very rude at others. I guess everyone has bad days. For a complex close to the University with a good number of student residents, it is usually quiet and most people keep to themselves, but are friendly in passing. You may not be able to park right next to your apartment at night but i've never not been able to find a space. Crime in the University area seems to have surged recently and this complex is not immune. Our car was broken into twice and there has been a robbery or two late night. While this can happen anywhere it would be nice if they would consider hiring security guards, people have been a bit on edge as of late. To summarize, its really not a bad complex. I had a decent time here except for the crime. I don't think that you can escape this no matter where you live in University City right now.
