Looks like "Happy Here" could possibly be an employee trying to justify poor customer service at Ashford Green, what do you think'' Anyway, I moved away b/c I got sick of the nasty attitudes coming from the office at that place. God forbid you ask a favor of them or you leave a package in their office for more than 1 day that got delivered by UPS, you will either get hate mail on your door or phone calls from them. Also, I was never late on any rent or bill at that place but yet somehow I get called up being accused of not paying certain things and have to go to my bank and get proof that Ashford Green cashed a check from me for that bill, why do I have to bend over backwards for their mistakes'' Word of advice, their are plenty of apartments around the University area, shop around and choose a different complex. Oh yeah, the place is unsafe too, car got broken into twice, armed robbery couple doors down from me and tenants letting their dogs run around barking and growling at you as you walk into your apt.

I am "happy here" and no, I am not an employee trying to justify anything. Why do you think other people may not always share the same views as you? Like I said before, people are human and make mistakes. I guess you must be the only person in the whole world who is PERFECT!

I am an employee, haven't been on here in a while to get a good laugh. I personally send out all of our letters to the property. Don't ever send letters about packages until we start breaking our necks when we trip over them. I made the phone calls and sent the letters to the door, why would it be hate mail? I see it as simple communication and the least of my concerns. I actually enjoy seeing my co-workers fall on their face, all we need to do it catch it on camera and send it in to AMV--haha.
As far as checks, well after processing over 1,000 checks each month, keeping 2,000 residents happy, using 3 different leases and working for 3 different companies within 2 years and never changing desks....what movie would that run smoothly in? As asked above--are you the only perfect person in the world? I would love to meet you.
