great location and layout, terrible service

I did a walkthrough the day before move in and went back to the office to ask that they have the apartment cleaned again and to request that the torn up blinds be replaced. The office worker told me that they couldn't just replace every little thing. The complex is 98% full, so you know they are making money but claims they cannot fix things for their new tennants.
We've put in three different maintenance requests in the almost two years we've been here in regards to our laundry door being off track. Each time the maintenance guys come in they adjust the other door, or do nothing and leave a note saying the work was done, or they didn't find anything wrong. Other requests are lost or take 2 weeks to get to, after a second request is made.
Good luck playing tennis, the court is usually locked. And when you can get in, there are broken bottles all over the place.
We love the location though and put up with the bad service because it is a beautiful complex and so convenient to everything!
