I just read a review about the pool always being useable. I've seen the pool NON useable at least 3 times this summer. Not to meantion right now! I believe the pool is to stay open until Oct. 1st. However, today's date is September 15th. This is North Carolina. The pool, I think should be on the staff's top priorities list. Yet the door to the pool has been torn off and stuck to a lounge chair.
Besides the pool being in non working condition the liter around the complex is unbelievable. Beer bottles, garbage trash, car items, condoms, needles! I mean where are we living'! Whether they like it or not this is a job for the staff of Ashford. I understand people should not be littering in the first place. However, it shouldn't just stay like that. It needs to be picked up. You want to attract new renters this is not the way to do so.

Yes I have seen with my own eyes condoms & needles. As well as a car that was hidden in the back that looked like they were hiding it out. I say that because there were over 12 bullet holes in windshield. It was there for over two weeks. Not to meantion my car had been broken into two times. As for the pool... I find closing it down because some people can't control themselves with vandalism to be unfair. Everyone should not be punished because of a couple of idiots.

Very true about the car with bullet holes. It was there for a while. Also, I do see fast food wrappers littered on the grounds a lot and also my girlfriend had her car broken into and the cd player jacked out. I've also seen many cars smashed into...
