Management increases the rent after your lease expires as they know one would not like to move out and the management takes advantage with increasing the rent while the market rate for the new tenants is lower than the existing tenants.
Tennis court is not full court. It is a small one for kids.
The fitness center is closed after office hours as they are experiencing vandalism.
Business center is always closed.
Apartments are furnished with old appliances.
Utilities cost are very high for an average consumer.
Rent is very high considering they have old appliances and no community amenities.

If the amenities are not useable to the tenants, then no, there are no amenities. Also, it isn't fair that the rent goes up for the loyal tenants and stays down for the new ones. It's not like that everywhere. In fact, this happens because Ashford Green is HUD housing. So, they jack up the rates for those who are not subsidized by the government and those who work for a living, and those who do not work and are subsidized get to live there for basically nothing. It's ridiculous. My advice to "unethical business" is to contact the Better Business Bureau and Action 9 like I did when I lived at Ashford Green. Also threaten lawyers. The office staff will actually do something when you call in the higher powers. Either that, or find an apartment that is not HUD housing. Trust me, it's better that way. I've never seen a sorrier place to live than Asford Green. It's pathetic.

HUD housing? Your WRONG! When I read your response it really bothered me, so I called the office and guess what? NO HUD housing at Ashford Green. So please get your information straight before you say something that is an absolute and complete lie. You say Ashford Green is sorry and pathetic? Well I think you are a sorry pathetic person for writing something that you obviously did not know anything about.
