At first this was an ideal place for someone who was looking for a good amount of space without paying an arm and a leg and close to lightrail. Now I cant sleep due to my people above me just walking, or the cabinents shutting and of course loud music. WALLS ARE THIN!!!Besides the two closets in the bedrooms there is no other place for storage. The water preasure is horrible in the kitchen and adjusting the shower temp takes time. Parking can be bad too and there is constuction going on for at least a year so the grounds are torn up. Positive is it is close to light rail, maintence is friendly and responds quickly and for the space the rent is low. Im moving soon though...need a restful nights sleep!

Yes, a downstairs neighbor even complained we were walking too hard and shaking her ceiling and light fixtures. Told the neighbor "uhhh we are walking normal did you ever think the construction is poor?" That shut her up. Yea, I am fed up with construction. The dump trucks hit the speed bumps at full speed making the loudest noise possible. These apts. are our home and they dont care that it is. Its not just a job site. People do sleep during day. My biggest peeve is the people who live here. The groups of Hispanic men loitering in the parking lot, bldg. entrances and stairwells. They get in their car blast their music thinking other ppl. like it to and right up against the bldg. I dont know how many times we have shouted at them to turn it down for them to do it again days later. AND they speed through complex. Sounding racists? Well, they ARE the ones doing this behaviour. And out walking I find extremely long building nails ,prior to the construction, all over the asphalt. A lot of the residents who drive their work trucks home they are not securing their loads and dropping these nails! I wonder how many ppl. have 3 inch nails buried in their tires at this moment as a result? If the office staff doesn't do some weeding of the trashy ppl. this place is gonna be full fledged ghetto.
