The community car wash was a primary motivator in my decision to move in, as well as the other community facilities. The car was was removed and we were given some song and dance about drainage. Then suddenly the formerly "included" water was now metered and charged to the apartment. Signing my SECOND year lease with that increase in monthly cost, they added insult to injury by raising my base rent $12, then offering apartments with my floor plan to move-ins at a rate LESS than I was paying.

For the most part, the maintenance staff is adequate albeit SLOW. The office staff is helpful and will on occasion extend the extra mile such as dropping off something in your apartment when you can't get by to pick it up. The community is more or less quiet, although in the summer the pool area is teeming with foul mouthed teenagers who are unsupervised. Pet owners are asked to clean up after their pets but this is NOT enforced in any manner, nor are the pet size and breed directives enforced.

The overhanging shrubbery lining the entrance roadway has needed trimming back for 2 years to avoid scratching of vehicles, but has never been done.
