Horrible. All problems you can think of:
Noise(!), Loitering, NO SAFETY/SECURITY (my fiance's car was stolen, a pizza driver was shot AND returned fire, and another woman murdered her son), MANAGEMENT IS UTTERLY HORRIBLE (they do not care about residents nor act on complaints), apartment was not clean at time of move-in, appliances constantly breaking/poor condition, etc.
Maintenance is timely which is the only 'postitive'. If you live here, as I unfortunately did, plan on making friends with local law enforcement because you will be seeing them often.
