I got screwed From: hector413 Date posted: 8/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I will never do business with jodi nelson propety manager at atkins circle no matter where she ever goes they smile in your face and stab you in the back. lost money and peace of mind for this tiny apartment.
