Run away from Atkins Circle

We moved into Atkins Circle recently..It is a brand new apartment complex that is very expensive for a small amount of space...$1460 for a three bedroom box with an attached garaged...They are continuing to build which makes for a big headache when one is trying to enter and exit the apartment complex...There are some water issues as the previous review listed...And yes, your mail will disappear to never never land...My advice to current renters...Keep your top lock, locked in order to keep the management team out! There is not a playground available for renters with small children...I will not reccommend this place to anyone.
