Poor design in our 3-bedroom townhome. Four 7-inch wide drawers in the kitchen, and only 1 small cupboard under countertops for pans and bakeware. One cupboard above countertops actually fit a 10-inch dinnerplate. No drawers in any of the bathrooms. Not what you'd expect for the advertised 'luxury, resort-style living', nor price. The water has always tasted and smelled bad-we use only bottled water for cooking and drinking. Construction along entire entrance way makes for hazardous driving on a daily basis. Mail delivery has been horrible.. we frequently get other resident's mail.. and who knows where our mail has ended up.. several important items never arrived. Leasing office personnel are much to be desired. We will not renew!!
