I'm new to this website & was told about it from my annoying neighbor who I constantly try to avoid b/c they complain about everything in life. So, I checked it out for myself and have read every entry for the complex that I'm proud of for calling my home. I would also like to add my two cents in, as well.
I moved to Atkins Circle when it opened this year and love it. Let me also say to anyone looking for a new apartment, I would recommend it here. The staff is nice and I've never needed maintenance in my apartment b/c everything is new. The landscaping is good and parking is not a problem here iether. I really like all of the amentities-most others don;t even offer. I could also care less for a tennis court, considering my last apt. faced one and no one ever used it anyhow. I also don't mind that there is not a business center either (I have my own computer, don't most now days?). The last complex I lived in, the computers stayed broken most of the time anyway. As for a laundry center, I don't want to wash my clothes in a washer that strangers have been using. I could go on and on about other's comments but I guess, they are what they are.
