AT least the Better Business Bureau is an upstanding and credible business for reviews. If you want to really know about a community that's where to go. It sounds to me like a few people were pissed off about things they should have paid attention to before they signed a lease or they were told they couldn't have or do something they wanted when they wanted it. Grow up people, honestly, do you KNOW what you want when you go looking for it' Get a life and get REAL! It's new construction, it's a beautiful place and the people in the office are just doing their jobs! Can you manage a multi million dollar piece of real estate better than the next person' I've been here for a while and haven't had any of the problems that the other "whiners" have complained about........thank goodness Atkins Circle doesn't have them living there anymore!!!!!

This was obviously written by a member of the office staff... When you walk through the neighborhood and meet other residents, the small talk ALWAYS ends up about the horrors of the office staff. This speaks volums about the problems. It's a damn shame that such a beautiful property (yes, it's nice in most respects) can be tarnished by a few unprofessional employees... Funny that this is still the main point made in these reviews after several years. The staff will wine and dine you when you're looking at apartments. You'll be driven around door to door in a golf cart to all of the "favorite" floor plans, promised the world, given information that boils down to complete lies, and then told to shove off when you pick up your keys. They forget who they work for and who (indirectly) pays their salary. I'm afraid they'll soon get a stiff wake-up call when the place goes under from all the empty new-construction they've built. The management company either is blind, incompetent and out of touch, or someone's in bed with someone at the top... The things that are allowed and the lies some of the leasing agents can tell you up front will blow your mind. The fancy apartments and location may seem to be a good deal for the rent, but not when you have to deal with the staff (and you will -- even if you try to avoid them at all costs) -- trust me or you'll learn the hard way.
