Nothing ever works, first the steam room didn't work for 8 or so months, now the sauna doesn't work, not that the incompetent people who work there could actually fix something. The so called parking lot lighting only lights about a square inch of walkway and believe me if you saw the people who live there you want all the lighting you can get. Low rent has allowed anyone to move in. There is no parking anywhere, due to the fact that people have 3 and 4 cars per apartment plus work vehicles, which the lease clearly states only 2 cars per apartment and the lack of property management allows people to do anything at any time. Still don't have tanning beds that were promised. After only a year, the apartment is falling apart, cabinets are messing up, they never change the air filters, there is virtually no hot water, you can't drink the water, the doors don't lock and there is such a gap between the doors and frames that you can see through them. They have stopped construction so the place is a disaster as no one wants to live here. There is now only one entrance as there is more construction going on. You can never get a manager above Jody and if you try calling the management comapny you get no one.

It is very unsafe, twice I have gone past apartments to see people grilling inside their apartment, the trash compactor is never compacted, trash is always laying out everywhere and there is no lighting around it.

Overall, be homeless, you would be much safer and better off.
