I had the displeasure of living at Atkins Circle appartments. Unlike the others who got very good deals to move in I had to pay a premium for a short-term lease after selling my house. So many issue to discuss (loud neighbors, people not cleaning up after their animals, and the grounds not being taken care of). My BIGEST CONCERN is the trashy neighbors who lived below me. I had to deal with the people below me smoking pot, having fights, and they had to be the dirties people I had every seen. I have no idea how they could afford the rent. They must of been selling drugs.
