Not at all impressed with the Atkins circle apartment complex, or staff. Of course, from the start the staff has such high turnover it is hard to even knows who works here, it changes daily. My packages are always "lost". My maintance issues are never resolved in a timely manner, plus the maintanice men are very rude. Not to mention, all the things we have been on the news for in the last two weeks....break in Gym, Meth lab, idiot left car running in garage, carbon momoxide poisioning. I mean really do you guys even check to see you your residents are' Can someone please tell me if the Meth lab thing is safe for me and my 3 yr old' TOxic fumes could be lurking around.....still NO word from Jody the manager'''' People drive so fast around the circle, I am afraid that someone is going to get hurt. WHere are the anwsers to all of the problems that have gone on' I am upset to say the least about the tanning beds not being put in, also when can we use the pool' You never know here one day it is open, but not the next. THis place is a law suit waiting to happen. I hope who ever rents here thinks long and hard if you have children, it is not a safe place. My daughter and I are very scared to walk home from the car at night.....no lighting in the parking lot, and NO PARKING!!!! My car had gotten hit some many times, let me add it WAS brand new. WOW, I can go on forever. Just remember....I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!

I couldn't agree more, the management staff are complete idiots. The other residents are nothing but trash. If you want to sue, I am sure many people will join in, I would have nothing but satisfaction about seeing them go under.

I COULDNT AGREE MORE... Jody - what manager. Cars are still driving so fast im surprised a child or animal has not got killed. The problem here is management. Every thing I have read on this site is absolutely true nice to you to get you in they will do anything but then stab you in the back!! The trash they allow in this apt complex is unreal..neighbors living out of the garage but and having street parties smoking drugs in the parking lot between garages she does nothing reported to her over 6 times her response is call the police?? You call this management . However you fix your car inside I said Inside your garage and she has the nerve to say you cannot to someone who is paying 1125.00 month but yet those neighbors dont work government paying the rent and there outside their garage smoking drugs everyday and drinking.THE MANAGEMENT IS UNPROFFESSIONAL AND I CANT SAY MUCH FOR THE CORPORATE OFFICE CROSSLAND CAUSE I CALLED THEM AND IM SURE IM NOT THE FIRST AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE MANAGEMENT ISSUE.
