I have been here one year to date. My apartment was in excellent move in condition,like new! I haven't had any problems with neighbors,just some renters do not abid with areas to have dogs release them selves, I respect the areas and feel we all should!
Beautiful gym! Nice pool! Overall appearance is beautiful. I have had nothing but the best as far as maintance quality. The managing staff has always been nothing but nice to me and my husband. Living on the bottom floor I do have a problem with people using stairs to the next two levels and not have the respect and courtesy to control there climbing stairs like a herd of elephants. We havn't had any problems with compaints that others have listed, I feel safe.
Overall it is a beautiful community, have had a great experience living in apt. community after husband has never done so.
The location is perfect!
