Atkins Circle

It's on the 2nd floor so I did end up with a balcony. It's a beautiful apartment with a great view of the center circle, which is great when it's warm enough for flowers to be planted. I've not had much trouble with my neighbors. You can hear occasional noise, but that is to be expected when living in an apartment. If you want it completely silent, you need to move to a house. The staff is OK. Some of them better than others. There is only one person that I'm not particularly fond of, but I don't have to deal with them much. Parking is a bit tight, but rather than complaining, I got a garage...right next to my breezeway. It's fantastic. It's an apartment...and if you're looking for all the features of a house, you're not going to find it. It's a beautiful complex..different than most. My friends and family like it. You just have to realize it's still an apartment complex...with lots of people in close proximity. Get over the little stuff. I've since moved to a different apartment, still in Atkins Circle, in order to get a dog. Being that I had hardwood floors, I was unable to have a dog. I moved to the other side of the complex, to a first floor, carpeted apartment. While it is a more basic floor plan, it still has wonderful features. Crown molding, painted walls, variated ceiling heights. I have been at Atkins Circle for over a year and I still love it. I have an 80lb chocolate lab in a two bedroom apartment. He loves it. It is a great complex to walk him and there are several other dog owners at Atkins Circle. Atkins Circle is a great place to live, and a great price for the quality of apartments and the location. Like I said before, it's still an apartment complex, so you just have to accept the things that come along with it.
