I tend to highly recommend Atkins Circle to any of my friends that move to Charlotte. My husband and I searched all over south charlotte for an affordable place where we felt safe. This is by far the best deal we could have found. It's a beautiful apartment and we get compliments from our friends all the time. My husband travels a good bit and I feel very safe here. We live on the second floor and occasionally hear faint noises from other apartments, but I have actually been pretty surprised at how quiet it is. We have made two calls for maintenance issues and they were taken care of promptly and the maintenance guys are always really friendly. The grounds are beautiful and the staff has been helpful so far. All our neighbors have been nice and it's extremely convenient to be able to hope on 485 as well. The only thing that I would change is adding speed bumps because people tend to drive so fast and it would scare me if I had kids. Other than that, I love living here.
