I have lived at Auston Woods for the past year and have not had any problems. The office staff knows me by name and I rarely even go down there. The grounds are always kept clean and the maintenance staff waves every time I see them. It's strangely quiet, even on the weekends. When I first moved in it was kind of far from everything but now the mall has opened across the street and there are tons of new businesses opening up. I lived here through the crime which spaned all of a month last spring. The managers took a very proactive approach and so far it seems to have worked. I would reccommend Auston woods.
