I might have been one of the first, but I wasn't the last

Mmm...were to begin? I moved to Auston Wood the Summer '04. I ended up leaving in Fall of '04 due to some VERY VERY VERY unsafe living conditions. This community is too close to places that I don't really want to be. I felt unprotected and the empty police car parked in front of my building every night, nor the staff made me feel any better. I ended up paying out of a lease because of some people that my complex already had knowledge of...(something that would make you go..MMM?)
Floor plans: Great
Construction of complex: Beautiful
Rent expense: Affordable
Close to almost everything: Wonderful
The value of my life and why I had to leave: Priceless
**I read the other reviews and I don't care what you say; crime of any nature is unacceptable. Crime should not be justified. Everyone has the right to feel safe. If you don't feel safe you have the right to say it! Bullets are not biased. **

not that I don't agree with you, but truly don't you think the whole of charlotte itself is just about one click above a slum. I see crime at apartments that are renting for 1500.00 a month in South Park. It's everywhere ! I did look at these apartments when I had the extreme displeasure of moving to this ghetto city (job) and I thought they were entirely too much money for the cracker box size. Berber carpet was nice, but there wasn't room to turn around...and their closets are a joke !! |
