Way too expensive

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
We have been here a year. The staff are very friendly. The apartments are well maintained. But we just received a ridiculous price increase. What are we living in Manhattan' The apartment is not worth it! Especially after reading about the crime in years past. In the past year, we have been aware of more car breaks-ins and one apartment break-in.
